What if I’m not happy with my item(s)?
If you’re not 100% satisfied with your order and want to return or exchange it, simply email us at: sales@cust-m-cartoons.com. Make sure your subject line reads “Return/Exchange” and we will contact you within 24 hours and take care of your request.

The ONLY time we will not refund or exchange an item at no charge, is if we were given the wrong information on your order form (Ex. Misspellings of names, places, etc). So please double check your order before submitting it to us.

Do you offer discounts for group orders?
YES! Companies/Organizations that order 10 or more of the same design receive 10% off their total order. Some groups that have ordered from us in the past are karate schools, dancing schools, scout troops, baseball teams and realtors. Email us at: sales@cust-m-cartoons.com and we’ll send you a special code you need to add in your shopping cart to get the discount.
